This was my first exam with Dr. Li, and she was patient and thorough in her exam. Importantly, she identified some vision issues I have that previous annual exams by another optometrist had not seen or were not mentioned. I will definitely visit her for my next annual exam.

The common saying goes, “fast, cheap or good. Pick 2” not so with Simpli Eye Care. You get all three. Dr. Suzzane Li was friendly and professional. She was very good at her job while not making you feel like just another person to move through the line. In fact everyone at the clinic sees you and speaks to you like a person. They were warm courteous and pleasant. I would rate my experience here a 10/10 and would hands down recommend it to everyone. Also they have the thing that takes a photograph of the back of your eye so you don’t need dilation anymore. If you have a Costco membership there no reason not to get your eye care here as well.Recent Client

I have an eye issue for which there is no great solution. It makes an eye exam more challenging. Dr. Li was a great problem solver and clear about what could be done and, more importantly, what could not be done. Her straightforward honest was refreshing.

Wonderful experience!! Helped me put contacts in for the first time- so patient and kind and took their time to answer my questions. All staff took their time which can be hard to find in healthcare. 10/10 would recommend!

I recently had an eye exam with a different optometrist and was unhappy with the results. Dr. Suzanne Li took the time to listen to my vision needs and wants. She presented my options, and now I have better vision. If she ever leaves Costco, I plan to follow her to her next practice.

Dr.Li and her staff was professional and caring. Dr. Li spent plenty of time with both my husband and myself during the eye exam. She even went on to explain and show me examples of damage to the eyes from one of my meds. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Dr Li was very thorough with her exam and supplied me with some answers to my problems. I have a rather complicated condition but she understood it and worked around it. It was all done very efficiently.

Dr. Li and the entire team are phenomenal! I have had glasses for over 35 years and I can honestly say, I finally understand now what the health of my eyes mean. I rarely write reviews but thought this one was very worthy of noting. I was very impressed with the time Dr Li spent with me. I have glaucoma in my right eye and she noticed that it looked irritated and asked if she could check my eye pressures. She noted that my right eye was at 30, which is very high. She asked me to call my glaucoma doctor to see if I could get in to have it checked by them. After a couple of phone calls back and forth, I asked Dr Li if she could fax the information to my glaucoma doctor and have set up an appointment to see them in a few days. Dr Li followed up with another phone call as she was more concerned about me than I was. This type of "caring" is rare anymore and I found this to be very exceptional in this day and age. Thank you Dr Li!

Dr. Li is patient, listens and makes the extra effort to ensure that the prescription is accurate to provide the best vision possible. She asks questions, i.e.; "is this for reading books or working on a computer?" Knowing that these two tasks are done at different distances, which would impact the prescription. Over years I have seen many optometrist, she is the best one. I will make the effort to seek her out next year and years to come for my eye exams. My husband was also impressed with her, and that is not easily done.

I took my grandfather to an eye appointment today and had the good fortune of having him under Dr. Li's care. Dr. Li clearly cares about her patients understanding the science and anatomy behind her recommendations. She is very clear, and provides practical next steps. I would recommend Dr. Li to anyone grandson or granddaughter looking for a good eye doctor for their grandparent!
